Genovese Basil

Otherwise known as sweet basil or Italian basil, this is the quintessential culinary herb. Immature leaves can be harvested at 60 days, while full maturity is a 90 day wait. While quick to go to seed, flowers can be pinched to keep plants producing leaves. Plants will grow to 24-36 inches.
